Visual Modi is an international, interdisciplinary and multilingual learned society.

As a result of the 2018 and 2021 international colloquia on visual methods at the University of La Laguna (Tenerife – Spain), the creation and development of a network of researchers and the founding partnership by some twenty research institutions from three continents and six countries (Brazil; Spain; France; Morocco; Mexico; Portugal) was founded on September 23, 2022, a non-profit association under French law:
Visual Modi – International Association for Research in Visual and Multimodal Methods.

Visual Modi is a learned society whose aim is to develop and support research with visual and multimodal methods.

The association is composed of: a) individual members (natural persons) b) collective members (legal entities) c) honorary members d) institutional benefactor members (legal entities) e) individual benefactor members (natural persons)

The general assembly elects an executive committee from among its members. Currently, it is composed of:
